skellig distillery

(20 minutes from hotel)

The Skellig Distillery & Visitor Experience rises among the rugged Skellig Coast landscape. A place of beauty for the people of Uíbh Ráthach to work in and be proud of, and an experience for the world to drink in.

Artisan Pot Distilled Gin is distilled in small batches, hand finished in our Distillery. Each local botanical has been carefully chosen, filled with flavour that creates a unique Irish Gin.

The Single Pot Still whiskey is the first expression in the Skellig Six18 Step Collection and is the traditional style of Irish whiskey-making. Casks were carefully selected from those maturing at Skellig Six18 and the whiskey is predominately 6 YO.
