Check-In / Check-Out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

• Full Charge - Full Deposit - If cancelled within 0 days of arrival
• Partial Charge - 50% of Deposit - If cancelled within 1 days of arrival

Please note our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Bookings cancelled within 48hours of arrival date, there will be a 50% charge to your card.
• Bookings cancelled within 24 hours ( from 4pm on day before arrival date ) there will be a 100% charge to your card.
• For all cancellations made earlier than above ( excluding group reservations ) there is no charge to your card.
• In the event of a group cancellation deposit will be charged.

We do allow well behaved pets to stay in our garden access rooms only. You must bring your own pet bed , pet food and water and feeding bowls. Pets are only allowed into the hotel via their own private garden door. We do not allow pets anywhere that we serve food indoors. Pets are welcome on our terrace, on our covered veranda and in our residents tv lounge only. If pets are noisy while owners are away from their bedroom you will be called and asked to return to your pet.
